Rijal Designing & Printing LLC maintains the rijaldp.com Website.
The following are the terms of use that govern use of the Site (“Terms of Use”).
By using the Site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the rijaldp.com privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. Rijal Designing & Printing reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, Rijal Designing & Printing LLC may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
LIMITED LICENSE. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to utilize and access the Site pursuant to the requirements and restrictions of these Terms of Use.
Rijal Designing & Printing LLC may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time. Rijal Designing & Printing LLC may also, without notice or liability, impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or portions of the Site. You shall have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, if any, provided to you in order to access the Site. Except as provided in the Terms of Use, you shall have no right to directly or indirectly, own, use, loan, sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, assign, copy, translate, modify, adapt, improve, or create any new or derivative works from, or display, distribute, perform, or in any way exploit the Site, or any of its contents (including software) in whole or in part.
Before starting any production, minimum 50% or more Down Payment IS REQUIRED BASIS THE RATE AND total QUOE. 50% DOWN PAYMENT IS APPLICABLE for supplementary invoice(S) related to ANY change OR modification. Any payment towards cost of booked or earmarked design will not be paid back or refunded.
Any EXCESS payment(S) or supplementary invoice adjustments resulting in balance TO CLIENT’S CREDIT, will remain so for future adjustments or refunded as per Client’s wish onto the original mode of payment.
Rijal Designing & Printing LLC accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction.
Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed
in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only
be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of Rijal Designing & Printing LLC.
All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
Soon on finalization of the design proof and immediately after happening the
required down payment, the date of delivery will be confirmed. We are destined to
make the best effort for effecting delivery on or before the confirmed date. however,
variations may happen due to any unforeseen circumstances, difficulty(ies) or for reason(s)beyond control. However, we will advise you soon in advance on noticing any probable delay for delivery.
We do not take any responsibility for any damage(s) caused or may be caused to you, due to any such delays.
DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries Delivery duration may varies depending upon the volume and work types. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Variations will happen in between the above said two color combinations while printing RGB in CMYK. It’s the expected standard result of offset/digital printing not in UAE alone, but anywhere across the world. For the stated reasons, we will not entertain to reprint the item due to variation of colors on client’s screen (phone or PC) from that of the actual printed material on paper .
We PROVIDE guarantee FOR our print products TO BE FREE OF defect in tune with print industry standards.
In the unlikely event of a printed item not meeting the industry quality standards or if at all a misprint happens on RijalDP side, the product will be taken back and after rectifying the fault, will get it reprinted either fully or partially free of charge. If such a happening occurs, customer should give us sufficient time for the reprint. Also, we may not be in position to exchange items within hours, as it might take days depending on the product nature or Due to the custom nature of our print services (perhaps, we might be providing the service only for you); However, we cannot offer a refund on any mis-printed item(s), for reasons whatsoever. Our offer in such cases will be restricted to only re-print of the item(s). If any product is needed to be got back with a specified time, order of such items should be made sufficiently in advance, not at the last moment.
All orders are custom made to your specification and/or personalized by you or for you. Custom made designs and artwork done by RijalDP and team are not devoid of human errors. RijalDP undertakes to take up cancellation of the order and provide full refund to the client If an error occurs either in regard to pricing, or paper or finishing or turnaround time or any other aspect, which is found to be the fault of RijalDP.
An order received in the normal course of communication from customer will never qualify it for either cancellation or refund, if it turns out to be a mistake or wrong information from customer. Any such wrong order or mis-information(s) during the process of order like taking quote or estimate will not become eligible for cancellation or refund. If any modifications are made to an existing order, it will be treated as a fresh order and will not qualify for a reprint or so.
